Music Ranch Events:
For summer events in which the doors to the lawn terraces are open, we anticipate God giving us a beautiful day however the shows will go on regardless of whether conditions and ticket purchases are non-refundable. Adequate parking for all patrons, including sold out shows is available FREE of charge. Please, do not park on the County Road. Limited RV overnight parking (no services) is available. There is no fee for RV parking but donations are accepted and appreciated.
Music Ranch Montana Inc Cancellation:
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Music Ranch Montana Inc to cancel an event, we reserve this right in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where any of the following situations arise:
- Billing / Payment / Shipping Information
- Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
- Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
- Fraudulent information.
- Previous Fraudulent Order History
- Music Ranch Montana Inc may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history record. Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Order and Order Cancellation: Music Ranch Montana Inc reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as Music Ranch Montana Inc or musicranchmontanastore.com. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order with Music Ranch Montana Inc, please call 1-406-222-2255 to refute it.
Music Ranch Montana Inc will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order filled and delivered to the customer. Delivery All orders are subject to availability. In the event we would provide shipping on orders there is no guaranteed delivery timeframe and in stock merchandise or available ticket orders (if mailed and not will call) will be shipped in a timely manner.
Returns and Refunds
All Sales including but not limited to tickets, merchandise, shipping fees are final with no refunds. Exchanges for sizing on merchandise may be accepted.
In the rare case the artist has to cancel (i.e. –illness or accident etc.) or a show is oversold (very rare) a total refund of the ticket will be issued.
Limitation of Liability. You agree that Music Ranch Montana’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Music Ranch Montana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
Copyrights & Trademarks. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner. The written content displayed on this website is owned by its respective author and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without the express written permission of the author.
Modification. Music Ranch Montana reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement on our web site. Your continued use of our site constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of MONTANA. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in MONTANA, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in MONTANA, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
